| The approach path is smooth asphalt to the main entrance which has one step, with a secondary level access into premises for the walking impaired. |
| Internally there are no steps, the public access part of our premises are on one level. |
| All doors are a minimum 30" (760mm). |
| There is a toilet on the ground floor, which may be used by visiting clients, but it does not have disabled facilities. |
| Toilets for disabled people are situated by the multi-storey car park some 200 yds away. |
| The whole premises are non-smoking, and we ask that our visitors respect this. |
| There is a water cooler in the Reception room, tea or coffee is also offered. |
| Clients may use the telephone sited in the Reception Room for necessary local calls. |
| We are available at all times should our clients need our help or assistance. |
