We wish to confirm the following funeral arrangements made for the funeral of the late .... of ......., who died at .......on ....aged .....
....will be removed from the hospital/home as soon as all the necessary documentation is completed and will be taken to our Private Chapel of Rest.
The funeral service has been arranged to take place on .......followed by the cremation/burial at ....... The Rev. John Jones has agreed to officiate at the service.

We will be supplying hymn sheets, one of which is enclosed for your approval. Please contact us with any ammendments you may wish to make as soon as possible.
The limousine will collect you and your family from ..... and convey you to ....where you will be met at the main gate by Mr Roy Folland and the Minister who will escort you to your seats.
It is the wish of the family that there should be family flowers only and donations sent to ... Would the family please ensure that their flowers be delivered to our Chapel of Rest by ... on the day before the funeral. Following the cremation/funeral the flowers will be returned to ....... to be placed on the family grave.
Contact has been made with Mr Smith and he will arrange for four Bearers to be in attendance.
On the day following a cremation, the cremated remains will be collected and returned to our Chapel of Rest to await further instructions from the family.
We will pay all expenses inclusive of Cremation Fees, Ministers Fees, Doctors Fees and all incidental expenses incurred on your behalf.
The estimated cost of the funeral is £....... and a detailed account will be forwarded and any extra items will be shown.
